Douglasville Gymnastics and Cheerleading offers one of the best places around to help you celebrate your child's birthday. We know how special this event is and having the party with us is a wonderful experience.

Each party starts with one hour of gymnastics fun with the birthday party instructors. This hour includes obstacles courses, 20 foot tumble trac trampoline, loose foam pit, and other games and activities.

After the fun filled hour, we have a birthday party room set up for cake, or whatever refreshments you bring. After refreshments, it will be time to open presents.

Prices:
1-12 Children $150.00
13-20 Children $175.00
21-30 Children $200.00

Price Includes the Following:
One hour of gym time with instructors
30 minutes for refreshments and gift opening
Goody bags for each child
Party invitations with a map, for you to mail

What You Are Responsible For:
Mailing the invitations
Any decorations if you want them
Refreshments for the party
Paper goods, plates, napkins, cups, forks etc.

Days and Time Slots Available:
Birthday parties are scheduled on Saturdays unless otherwise scheduled by us. Times that are available are:
12:00pm-1:30pm
2:00pm-3:30pm
4:00pm-5:30pm

Party Rules:
The parent(s) hosting the birthday party is required to stay.

The children must be accompanied by an instructor during the gym time. After the hour of gym time, the children are not allowed on the equipment.

A birthday party contract must be completed and signed with the $100.00 non-refundable deposit paid. This needs to be done at least two weeks prior to the party. However, the time cannot be reserved until the contract and deposit are returned to us.

If the birthday party is cancelled by the host, without a two week notice before the party date, the host will still be responsible for the full payment of the party.
