Parent Tot & Preschool

In these classes, children are presented with age appropriate movement challenges.  This program includes lessons on gymnastics apparatus modified to the special needs of preschoolers.  Gross motor coordination is developed through the use of balance beams, mini trampolines, bars, tunnels, spring boards, and tumbling mats (just to name a few...)  We also explore inversions, weightlessness, heights, balance, depth perception, rolling, climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, individual space, sharing, and much-much more!  Group activities are included in our curriculum.  Activities which involve partners are also included to provide students with an awareness of others, thus learning to share and take turns accordingly.  Eye/Hand coordination is also developed through partner, group, and musical activities.  Utilizing music is our weekly lessons allows students to improve their rhythm and listening skills.  Please, come by and visit!  Check out our facility and upstairs PRESCHOOL area!

Girls Progressive Gymnastics (Starting at Age 4)

Our girl’s gymnastics program consists of one hour of instruction on olympic size gymnastics apparatus including the uneven parallel bars, balance beams, trampoline and tumble track, the floor exercise, and other specialized equipment. A rotation schedule is set each week allowing students to rotate to three of the four gymnastics stations listed above.  All of our equipment is adjustable so that it will better fit the needs of each child according to their age and ability. We offer beginning through advanced levels of gymnastics training in a progressive environment, thus allowing students to advance at their own individual rate.

Each class is kept to a low 1:8 student/teacher ratio allowing students to have more individualized attention with their instructor. Classes are taught from a unique (yet required) progressive gymnastics lesson plan. This allows instructors to keep track of each child’s progress, ensuring that the individual student’s needs are met accordingly.

Each child is unique. Through repetition and review, children become comfortable and familiar with a variety of skills/drills. Please do not be discouraged by what you may consider slow progress. Certain skills are easy to master while others take much practice.

Boy's Gymnastics (Starting at Age 4)

Our ALL BOYS gymnastics classes consist of one hour of instruction on olympic size gymnastics apparatus including single bars, trampoline and tumble track, the floor exercise, vault, rings, and other specialized equipment.  Incorporated with the above mentioned equipment, strength conditioning is also a vital part of our boy's class curriculum.

Each class is kept to a low 1:8 student/teacher ratio allowing students to have more individualized attention with their instructor. The stations in this class will vary according to the age and ability of the students.

Each child is unique. Through repetition and review, children become comfortable and familiar with a variety of skills/drills. Please do not be discouraged by what you may consider slow progress. Certain skills are easy to master while others take much practice.
